Our graduates have a better ability to extract the inherent capabilites of any tactical vehicle by demonstrating proficiency in a repeatable, principled skill set. Our dynamic 3, 4 and 5-day military courses are designed to focus solely on driving skills. However we can tailor training blocks to meet specific training requirements.

Dirt Slayer - Performance Driving Course
 

The Dirt Slayer performance course is all about pushing yourself in the performance off-road driving discipline.   We begin by building fundamentals from our principled skill set each morning, and then transition those learned skills into habit in the afternoon on extended open desert trails.  You will cover over 120 miles of rugged desert terrain over the three days and prove to yourself if you have what it takes to earn the Dirt Slayer title.

 

  • BEQ/BOQ lodging is available - check in day prior to training, check out day after training.

  • Routine operator maintenance tasks are demonstrated and performed daily.

  • Medic can be provided during all driving blocks of instruction, if required.

  • Helmet and communications between vehicles provided.

The Dirt SlayerXL performance course is all about immersing yourself in the performance off-road driving discipline.   We begin by building fundamentals from our principled skill set each morning, and then transition those learned skills into habit in the afternoon on extended open desert trails. You will cover over 120 miles of rugged desert terrain over the first 3 days, then culminate on day 4 with a 120 mile test of skill and stamina.  

 

  • BEQ/BOQ lodging is available - check in day prior to training, check out day after training.

  • Critical self and assisted recovery tasks are taught with each student performing all recovery tasks.  

  • Routine operator maintenance tasks are demonstrated and performed daily.

  • Medic can be provided during all driving blocks of instruction, if required.

Dirt SlayerXLR - Performance Driving Course
 

The Dirt SlayerXLR performance course is all about immersing yourself in the performance off-road driving discipline.   We begin by building fundamentals from our principled skill set each morning, and then transition those learned skills into habit in the afternoon on extended open desert trails. You will cover over 120 miles of rugged desert terrain over the first 3 days, then culminate on day 4 & 5 with a 200+ mile overnight test of skill, stamina and determination. This is the "Immersion to Excellence" mobility training package that sets the standard that all competitors should be measured against.   

 

  • BEQ/BOQ lodging is available - check in day prior to training, check out day after training.

  • Critical self and assisted recovery tasks are taught with each student performing all recovery tasks.  

  • Routine operator maintenance tasks are demonstrated and performed daily.

  • Medic can be provided during all driving blocks of instruction, if required.

  • Overnight culmination meals and individual sleeping needs required by each driver .

SXS OPR/INSTR T3 Certification Course - Train Talented Trainers 
 

We live in an age where the efficient management of time and money is paramount. When budget and time constraints preclude training with our on-site "Immersion to Excellence" programs,  our SXS Operator Instructor T3 Certification Course is the answer for you. This 4-day mobility training will help your cadre identify an objective baseline skill-level that provides not only a minimum level of proficiency for the safety of the equipment/crew, but also gives leaders a yard-stick that will help to assure mobility mission accomplishment. We begin by building proven fundamentals employing principled skill-set drills.  We then transition those learned skills closer to habit by utilizing real world driving scenarios and extreme driving events, coupled with driver problem solving exercises.

 

When you place equipment in harm's way, shit happens. That's why our curriculum includes basic operator maintenance tasks that are common when operating in harsh environments, and under high operating tempos. While we have a maintenance training block each day, if a failure occurs outside of that, we use this as an opportunity to train your men/women how to walk through diagnosis and repair options. They will become more comfortable with why mechanical items fail, how to follow the clues to diagnosis, and the steps required in order to return that machine to a functioning asset of your unit.

 

Learning how to perform maintenance starts with learning how to correctly manage the choices your drivers have every time they get behind the wheel. Every purpose-built off-road machine has a tremendous amount of engineered capability; however, there is no such thing as a "Magic Driving Machine". Understanding how to bump-up against the edge of 100%-vehicle-capacity versus ignorantly abusing the equipment is what separates us from our training competitors. Our previous 15 years of providing the gold standard in mobility training is a testament of our commitment in your success. We are also proud to have more international desert racing championships in our cadre's trophy cases than any other training option. Proof that our training principles place invaluable skills within our students reach.

Our 3 Phase Pricing Approach helps us to provide you with budget flexibility and maximum ROI for training.  Our guarantee -

 

  • Travel - Air, Lodging, and Local Transportation - Our travel costs to you are 95% of GSA allowable. We know how to save money, so you can too.

  • Site Survey & Set Up - While hyper-critical to the success of the training, our rate is only 75% of our training rate. Why? Simply - our risk exposure is lower, therefor our fee is less. 

  • Training - We are heavy on driving proficiency and serious about knowledge of theory. Each driver must prove his/her retention of information through driving practicals and daily online knowledge testing. It's not rocket science, but failure can have the consequence of being hit by one. Let's just say the days are full.

 

What we require from the client -

 

  • Vehicles - We train on the equipment that your men and women will be working with. They will begin to build a bond with their equipment starting on day 1. We also require you to provide all consumables and reasonable maintenance items to keep all machines available for training during the scheduled course.

  • Training Ranges - We don't need excessive area to provide our training. We will provide you with baseline criteria of open space and areas with some elevation change. Our site survey team and your unit POC/escort will find areas to meet our needs.

  • Enthusiasm/Seriousness - Treat this exhilarating, emotional, and high performance training as if this was your own. Because it is. Carrying a can-do attitude, together we will create a rewarding training experience.
