About Us

Precision Driven Limited has been training and advising individuals and organizations in the unique discipline of driving safely and efficiently in the dirt since 2002. But founder, Josh Hall, has been actively developing curriculum, designing training venues and instructing industrial, corporate, law enforcement​ and military organizations since 1991 with his expertise in the field of driving off paved roads. His success in the training industry stems from his successes in off-road motorsports and his background in the U.S. Marine Corps.  

 

The son of off-road racing legend Rod Hall, Josh has piloted both manufacturer backed production vehicles and purpose built race machines to victories and season championships in desert races across multiple continents - for over 25 years. Josh's impressive win record includes solo drive victories in the famous Baja 1000 peninsula runs and multiple stage victories in the grueling 7-day marathon-style Australasian Safari Rally. This undeniable proof validates his belief "that the skill of a driver is not measured in how fast one drives, but how perfectly they execute the core critical driving tasks."

 

This belief in perfect technique is what drives our training curriculum designs for any vehicle platform our clients have needs for.  Since 2002, our instructors have worked with soldiers, sailors, airman and Marines to provide training on vehicles ranging from a relatively light 1,200 pound Side by Side (SXS) to massive 4 wheeled vehicles weighing in excess of 58,000 lbs and every 4WD vehicle class in between. All with the focus of teaching principled techniques that are constantly measurable and universally applicable to all vehicles.

 

Today, we offer this same high quality of driver training, recovery training and automotive safety consultation to organizations that require their human assets to work in an off-road environment.
